For that re-install the Campaign Pack and Campaign/Special Ops Compatibility Pack from the file management menu in-game by pressing the R3 button. Another workaround, particularly for the COD (disc) games, is by uninstalling the game entirely along with all the packs and add-ons. Re-install using the PlayStation Store and it should work. I have the same problem and I bought the disc game. I can play Warzone but not the campaign and multi-player. It says as stated in this threads title and when I checked installed add-ons, the Multi-player Pack and Campaign Packs 1 and 2 are installed but I cannot play them. Should I delete if fro. Fixed mine bye letting it finish downloading, then once I got to the screen for all three games (CW/WZ/MW) selected R3 for File Management. Two were still uninstalled for MW. Installed them that way, and now I no longer get the download loop after closing the game. Installed the game, played it for about an hour, and then I switched to Fullscreen mode, game crashed and don't want to start again. Now when I go on the main page (where vanguard, warzone, cold War and MW are all lined up for some reason) and hover over MW campaign, it just says "install campaign, installation suspended". Yet when I click into the manage installs page, it says the packs are installed. I am stuck at this point.
